Cameron Wilson and David Pastore Advance to Final Stage

ELMSFORD, N.Y. (November 14, 2014) - After four rounds of play in the Web.com Tour's second stage of Q-School two of the Met Area locals played well enough to advance to the final stage, which will be held at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., December 11-16.

In Brooksville, Fla., at Southern Hills Plantation Club it was Cameron Wilson of Shorehaven leading after three rounds, but a fourth round 3-over 75 saw him fall back to a tied for eighth finish. That would be good enough for Wilson to advance though, as there were 19 qualifying positions plus ties available. Wilson carded rounds of 69, 68, 67, and 75 for a 9-under four round total of 279.

Also heading to the final stage is David Pastore of Griff Harris, who fired rounds of 76, 71, 73 and 74 for a four round total of 6-over 294 at Deerwood Golf Club in Kingwood, Tx. The MGA Jerry Courville Sr. Player of the Year Award winner finished tied for 14th, narrowly inside the line of the 18 available qualifying positions plus ties.

Ryan McCormick of Suburban, Mike Ballo of Woodway, and Pat Wilson of Panther Valley did not advance the the final stage.
