After a year off, the show is back with not only a new venue but also a renewed focus of education and inspiration.

The show runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $10 at the door and parking is free.

The MGA will be on hand to answer membership questions and more at its booth, but is also providing a quality lineup of local golf leaders on the MGA Education Stage. Instructors Brian Crowell, Steve Scott, Bill Smittle and Kirk Oguri are lined up for workshops, while Gene Westmoreland will cover the Rules, Frank Darby will provide college and recruiting information and Karen Young will aim to help your game through a yoga demonstration.

In addition to the wide-ranging list of vendors, Met PGA club professionals have volunteered to give 10-minute lessons, while advice and contests will also be available on several custom putting greens.

The Executive Women’s Golf Association is hosting a Women’s Networking Breakfast on Saturday morning, featuring speakers Kyla Basso (vp of sales and marketing at Edgewood Country Club) and Elisa Gaudet (president of Executive Golf International and author of Two Good Rounds).

If you’re in the market for new clubs, try the latest offerings from Callaway, Titleist and Srixon/Cleveland both days of the show. TaylorMade will have a rep available on Sunday.

Juniors won’t want to miss a roundtable discussion on college and the recruiting process, Sunday at 11:15 a.m. Darby (men’s coach at Manhattan College), Ambry Bishop (women’s coach at St. John’s) and Chris Case (head pro at Mount Kisco CC & Professional Golf Management graduate of New Mexico State) will provide the expert insight.
