How do I access my club?  - After downloading the app you can tap on the home screen button labeled “My Club”.  This will take you to a screen listing all of the clubs available for this enhanced service.  Tap on the button with your club’s name and you will be taken to the log on screen.

What members can use the club information?  - The new features have been designed for use by any and all club members

How do I log on? – You will need to have your club member ID, first name and last name to log on and access your club’s information

Where can I obtain my club Member Numbers? - This is the same member number that you currently use at your club.

Do I need to sign on every time to see my club specific features?   - No, members enter their log on information once and the app remembers them whenever they revisit the app.  This is a feature that can be turned off by the member and/or club.

I am having difficulty with the log on process - Please speak with your club administration and they will assist you

Why do I only see certain features on the app? – The club administration has determined the specific features for us to use.  We anticipate adding more features and benefits in the future
