(Feburary 24, 2013) - 2008 Ike champion Kevin Foley started off the 2013 season just the way he hoped — by winning the Web.com Tour's opening event, the Panama Claro Championship, by one stroke. Foley started off on the right foot during the first round, carding a score of 4-under 66 to stay near the top of the leaderboard. Throughout the second and third rounds rounds at Panama Golf Club, he played consistently with rounds of 69-70 and was tied for second going into the final round on Sunday.

Kevin Foley Ready for 2013 Web.com Tour Season

ELMSFORD, N.Y. (February 19, 2013) - Kevin Foley will begin the 2013 season in the exact opposite way he started 2012 — as a full-time member of the Web.com Tour. Foley, the former Penn State All-American and 2008 Ike champion, turned pro prior to the 2010 Met Open at Bethpage and began last season with no status on any tour. He gained access to Web.com Tour events via Monday qualifying and made the most of it, earning just over $119,000 in 16 starts last season.
