(December 8, 2011) – Gene Bernstein of the Meadow Brook Club was elected to a second one-year term as President of the Metropolitan Golf Association at the Association’s 114th Annual Meeting, held on Wednesday, December 7 at Westchester Country Club in Harrison, N.Y. Mr. Bernstein will head a 25-member Executive Committee as well as serve as Chairman of the Association’s charitable Foundation.

(November 28, 2011) — Nicole Morales of South Salem, N.Y. added to her rapidly growing tournament résumé by claiming victory at the AJGA Polo Golf Junior Classic at PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., on November 25, 2011. Morales, 15, defeated Jessica Vasilic of Anaheim Hills, California, 3 & 1, in the final match.
