MGA Women's Player of the Year Award

The MGA Women's Player of the Year Award was introduced in 2023 to recognize excellence among the top women's competitors in the Met Area. The award, established with support from the Women’s Metropolitan Golf Association, aims to honor the female amateur from the Met Area that compiles an outstanding performance record during the season. Much like the MGA Jerry Courville Sr. Player of the Year Award and Junior Player of the Year Award, Presented by Callaway, a season-long points race that includes local, regional, and national events helps determine the recipient, who must be a member of an MGA member club. The award will be presented at the MGA’s Annual Meeting and Dinner in December.
