Two-time Long Island Amateur Champion Hunter Semels of North Hempstead CC won his first Long Island Mid-Amateur Championship at Pine Hollow CC on Wednesday, September 27 with a record low 36 hole total for the eight year old event of 6 under par 136. Daniel Abbondandolo of Brookville CC finished second, one shot behind, and Darin Goldstein of Noyac GC was three shots further back in third place. For complete scoring, click here.
