Position Requirements

  • Must be proficient in basic MS applications, and POS systems.
  • Must be responsive on email in a timely manner
  • Must be Organized with an attention to detail
  • Saint Andrew’s does not have tee times; organizational and managerial skills are essential for success
  • Work closely with the Professional staff on all day-to day activities to exceed member expectations
  • Present and act in a Professional manner at all times
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and engage all members, their families and guests in a friendly and congenial manner. All members are to be treated equal
  • Maintain a leadership presence out front and welcome members, their families and guests on a daily basis
  • Be thoroughly knowledgeable about our membership, their families and guest, our golf course and our own day-to-day operation
  • Manage all play at the club (member, guest, reciprocal, outing)
  • Record and bill all member activity in CSG POS system, perform daily closedown of the POS system and provide appropriate reports to the accounting office
  • Recruit, Supervise, and Schedule all Outside Operations personnel. Manage Outside operations team on day-to-day operations
  • Manage all activities related to the caddy program
  • Manage the 1st tee to ensure an orderly flow of play each day
  • Organize play by pairing up any players looking for games
  • Coordinate with the Golf Course Superintendent each morning as to any golf cart restrictions or updated course rules for the day
  • Administer club and course rules in a courteous and respectful manner; report any infractions to the Head Golf Professional
  • Always have a working knowledge of member status
  • Manage Cart Fleet & Communicate with ClubCar technicians on a regular basis
  • Report and Maintain records on any damage to golf carts and maintenance work performed by ClubCar Corporation.

Work Schedule & Compensation Package

  • Must be proficient in basic MS applications, and POS systems.
  • 12-month position
    • “In-Season” – Open-3pm, 6 days per week
    • “Off-Season” – approx. 20-30 per week, 5 days per week
  • Club is Closed Mondays
