The playoff began on the par-3 seventh, where Farrell made par and Meehan made double bogey. On the second playoff hole, the par-4 eleventh, Farrell made double bogey to Meehan's bogey. For the final playoff hole, the par-4 eighteenth, Farrell hit his approach to three feet. Meehan two putted for par, so Farrell needed just two putts to win.
