Description

The Metropolitan Golf Association is seeking a candidate with strong interpersonal and technical abilities to provide customer support to MGA members and member clubs who utilize various online USGA software applications. This position is a wonderfull opportunity for the candidate to participate on the front lines of one of the MGA's most visible departments and build interpersonal valuable skills.

 

Skills

  • Independently learn new software and skills.
  • Excellent customer service through chat, email & phone.
  • Have the ability to take on multiple tasks at once.
  • Computer/web application literacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting technical problems on the USGA Handicap and Tournament software applications while working with users to identify and confirm issues and communicate solutions in timely manner.
  • Responding to inquiries via email/telephone and live chat.
  • Provide technological assistance for various departments within the MGA
  • Work with the Member Services team to effectively collaborate and document solutions.
  • Handle and perform other duties and projects as assigned by department managers.

Job Type & Compensation:

6-month paid position. Mileage reimbursement for all travel.
