PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Work directly with the outside golf operation manager.
- Provide members and guests with service regarding tee times, caddies, rules,policies and pace-of-play.
- Operate the 1st tee in the highest professional manner.
- Assure the orderly flow of play in accordance with the posted tee times and member arrival.
- Daily interaction with members, guests and staff.
- Maintain the appearance of the bagroom/driving range to keep it clean and organized.
- Storing clubs in the correct pre assigned member slot.
- Work with the instructors to ensure that lesson bags get to the range in a timely manner.
- Be visible to members at all time.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume atmosphere.
- Provide seamless organizational and clean environment for members.
- Work well with other outside operations.
- Service and customer focused attitude.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing attitude and personality, patient and non-combative
- Organized, able to work in a busy environment where the priorities are changing.
