Tyler Hall Medals at US Open Local Qualifier at Hollywood
DEAL, N.J. (May 12, 2016) – Four qualifying spots were on the line at today’s U.S. Open Local Qualifying Round at Hollywood Golf Club in Deal, N.J. Tyler Hall of Wayne, N.J., earned medalist honors with a 6-under 65. The 2011 Met Open Champion led the field by 5 strokes thanks to a round with 6 birdies and no bogeys to move on to sectional qualifying.

FARMINGDALE, N.Y. (May 11, 2016) – Seven players advanced through a Local Qualifying Round for the 2016 U.S. Open at Bethpage State Park Golf Course (Red). Those who qualified will move forward to the Sectional Qualifying Round on Monday, June 6. Two alternates were also designated.

HUNTINGTON, N.Y. (May 10, 2016) – Reigning champion George Zahringer III of Deepdale has begun his title defense at the 89th MGA Senior Amateur Championship by firing a 3-under 67 to take a five-shot lead at Huntington Country Club following the morning wave of play.
