“My first year as president was truly gratifying,” said Mr. Small. “I particularly enjoyed working with our incredibly loyal and hard-working staff and volunteers, and seeing the faces of the thousands of kids who benefit from all the programs of the MGA Foundation. And of course, another highlight was managing to achieve one of my longtime goals of winning an MGA championship, which I was able to do at the Senior Amateur. I look forward to an even better 2010 season and seeing all the talented players and great people that make our game of golf so special!”

The MGA’s Executive Committee also includes two newly elected members, Michael Sullivan of Garden City Country Club and H. Craig Treiber of Nassau Country Club. The Foundation Board of Directors will also welcome Anthony Spikes of Hamilton Farm Golf Club.
