Live From: 25th Lexus MGA Senior Open Championship

OLD WESTBURY, N.Y. (August 31, 2021) -- A 6-under 66 from David Schuster of Sleepy Hollow propelled him up the leaderboard and to a one-stroke victory in the 25th Lexus MGA Senior Open Championship, Tuesday, over Mark Brown of Pine Hollow at Old Westbury Golf & Country Club.

Schuster made the turn in 3-under and continued to make his move with an eagle on the par-5 10th hole. Following his lone bogey of the day on the par-4 15th, Schuster responded with birdies on Nos. 16 and 18, making a 20-footer on the closer for the eventual win.

While Old Westbury has three times hosted the Met Open, it was welcoming its first-ever Lexus MGA Senior Open and delivered an exciting championship finish.
