Youth members ages 6-18 will be able to join the Youth on Course network and play golf for $5 per round at participating courses in the Met Area. The program will launch at New Jersey’s Hendricks Field GC and Weequahic GC in Essex County coinciding with the summer season. Additional facilities in the Met Area will also be named soon.

“Youth on Course has been a great innovation from the start and has shown tremendous acceptance. We are very excited to be part of it,” says Brian R. Mahoney, MGA Executive Director. “Affordable access to golf courses for young men and women developing their life skills and golf skills is a win-win.”

Support for Youth on Course has driven the organization’s growth across the country. Roughly half of the program’s rounds involve an adult, which also drives participating facility revenues. Youth on Course participants currently have access to over 750 courses in 24 states.
