ALEXANDRIA, VA (August 8, 2022) – On Tuesday, the MGA will compete in the Williamson Cup at Belle Haven Country Club in Alexandria, Virginia.

The Williamson Cup is a highly regarded junior event, squaring off 10 northeast golf associations against each other in a 36-hole stroke play format. Four juniors represent each association, with the best three scores from each round counting toward the team's overall score.

Cameron Besaw set multiple Carter Cup records on his way to a 10-stroke victory in the 20th Carter Cup at Baltusrol Golf Club. 

As part of the continued mission to grow the game of golf, the MGA Foundation is celebrating the opportunities provided for juniors with a Youth on Course Membership. YOC member Katelyn Ho shared her experience with the program as part of Youth on Course Month.

YOC member Eamon Cormican recently shared his experience as part of the program and what he's learned from the game of golf with the MGAF.

Eamon just recently joined the Youth on Course program, completing his first full year as a member a few months ago. He learned about the program through his dad and immediately decided to join because he wanted to practice as much as possible.

WEST ORANGE, NJ (June 24, 2022) -- When you ask most people how they were introduced to the sport of golf, they may mention going to the driving range as a kid, hitting balls in their backyard, or watching Tiger Woods on TV. ELMSFORD, N.Y. (June 15, 2022) -- The MGA Foundation and Jay Mottola Scholarship Committee are thrilled to congratulate Sam Masters, the inaugural Jay Mottola Scholarship recipient, on his graduation from Binghamton University this spring.

The online auction will run through June 10th at 5 p.m. All proceeds will benefit MGA Foundation programming.
