ELMSFORD, N.Y. (March 7, 2012) - The 2012 golf season is nearly here, and with the spring-like temperatures the Met Area has been enjoying, many golfers are already shaking off the winter rust. You can do even more to get into the golf sprit at this weekend's Journal News Golf Show, taking place Saturday and Sunday, March 10 and 11, at The Westchester County Center in White Plains, N.Y. The MGA will be out in full force on the main stage at the Golf Show with our popular Rules Clinics, 45-minute presentations hosted by MGA staff. Come out and watch longtime MGA Tournament Director and Rules expert Gene Westmoreland, along with Assistant Director of Rules and Competitions Brian Farrelly, explain common Rules scenarios and take questions from the audience. This year's Rules presentations take place at 11AM on Saturday and 2PM on Sunday and will focus on, among other things, how to handle water hazards, obstructions and more.
