Congratulations on your Hole-in-One!

As a member of an MGA Member Club you are eligible to receive a personalized, free MGA Hole-in-One Certificate, suitable for framing.

In addition, you also can choose to upgrade your certificate to a Hole-in-One commemorative wood plaque for only $75.  Not only is this a beautiful memento of your achievement, but the proceeds go directly to the MGA Foundation in support of its many youth and educational initiatives.

For purposes of the certificate and plaque, a hole-in-one must occur during an 18-hole round of golf at a course rated either by the MGA or some other regional or national golf association.
