For the second-straight day, Pastore teed it up on the Fazio Course and fired a 3-under-par 69. The Greenwich, Conn., native started strongly with consecutive birdies on holes 2-4 to become one of the morning's early movers. After six-straight pars, Pastore made his first bogey of the day on the par-4 11th. He quickly earned the stroke back on the par-5 12th and added another birdie on the par-4 15th. His second and final bogey came at the par-3 16th, while two closing pars led to his Saturday 69. His spot on the leaderboard impoved by a dozen places in to a tie for 14th, as he leapt to 7-under-par overall.

Miller, who returned to the Champions Course for his third round, also jumped up the leaderboard in the early going behind birdies on holes 2-4. He added a fourth birdie on the front side at the par-3 seventh, but also had bogies on the sixth and ninth holes to turn in 2-under. After a birdie-bogey exchange to begin the inward nine, the Brewster, N.Y., native reeled off four straight pars. But, bogies on the final two holes of the course's challenging Bear Trap and a closing par resulted in an even-par round of 71. Standing at 1-under overall, Miller is currently tied for 68th.

Rockville Centre, N.Y.'s Marc Turnesa withdrew from the event prior to the third round.

The entire field has earned conditional status for the 2016 season, while the top 45 and ties will earn exemptions. The medalist is fully exempt, while those second through tenth and ties are exempt until the third periodic re-order (reshuffle based on money list standings) of the season. Players finishing after the 10th and ties position through 45th and ties are exempt until the second periodic re-order.
