On Thursday, October 15, Ray Cronin, Founder and Chief Innovator of Club Benchmarking hosted a webinar to discuss the five financial best practices that tie to strategic governance, and during the session he discussed the financial impact of the pandemic for clubs, and best practices for forecasting and budgeting for the years ahead. Adam Moeller, Director of USGA Green Section Education, took the virtual stage later that day and described challenges and opportunities for golf courses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
