Golf Journalist Guido Cribari Passes Away at Age 95

October 12, 2010– Former MGA Distinguished Service Award winner and longtime Westchester golf writer Guido Cribari passed away on October 8 at the Lawrence Hospital Center in Bronxville, N.Y., he was 95. Cribari, a Westchester County native, was the Executive Sports Editor of the Gannett Westchester newspaper chain and covered Met Area golf for more than 45 years before retiring in 1989. Along with golf, he covered the New York Rangers and Brooklyn Dodgers.
